Diana D. Lopez is a research analyst in the Higher Education Research Institute and a doctoral student in the Higher Education & Organizational Change program at UCLA. Her research interests include broad-access institutions, campus climate, transitions, and the extent to which organizational structures within higher education perpetuate inequality. Prior to pursuing doctoral study, Diana worked in college access, university administration, student services, and diversity efforts in Northern California. Diana received a B.A. in Sociology from UC Santa Cruz and a M.A. in Educational Policy from Stanford University.
