Survey Participants
HERI bills for surveys in two waves: once when you first sign for the survey for the participation fee, and a second time at the end of the survey when we have computed the costs of processing the returned forms and any other additional services that may have been used during survey administration.

Custom Reports and Data Files
Data service orders for custom reports and data files are billed after completion and delivery of the services requested.

If you have received an invoice, you may pay by credit card or check.

Payment by Credit Card	We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
